Risk Disclosure

Last updated 10 July 2026

Trading cryptocurrency derivatives carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of some or all of your capital. Please read this disclosure carefully before using Kopiora.

You can lose more than you expect. Crypto futures are leveraged products. Adverse price movements can trigger liquidation and the total loss of the funds committed to a position. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

1. Not financial advice

Kopiora is an analytical signal-intelligence tool. The signals, scores, entries, stop-loss and take-profit levels, and any other output it produces are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They are not, and must not be construed as, investment advice, financial advice, a recommendation, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell any financial instrument. Kopiora and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] are not your broker, financial adviser, or fiduciary. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

2. Leverage and liquidation risk

Binance Futures are traded on margin using leverage. Leverage magnifies both gains and losses: a small move against your position can wipe out your margin and result in automatic liquidation by the exchange. The higher the leverage, the smaller the adverse move required to liquidate a position. You are responsible for choosing your leverage and position size.

3. No guarantee of performance

Past performance is not indicative of future results. No signal system can predict markets with certainty. Kopiora does not guarantee any particular outcome, profit, win rate, or level of accuracy. A "No Trade" output, a losing signal, or a period of drawdown are all normal and expected outcomes. Hypothetical, simulated, or back-tested results have inherent limitations and do not represent actual trading.

4. Automated execution risk

If you enable automated execution, Kopiora may place, modify, or close orders on your connected exchange account on your behalf, without a separate confirmation for each order. Automated systems can fail. Software bugs, connectivity loss, exchange downtime or rate-limiting, API errors, latency, and incorrect configuration can all cause orders to be missed, duplicated, delayed, or executed at unintended prices. You are responsible for configuring your risk settings, monitoring your account, and maintaining the ability to intervene or disable automation at any time.

5. Third-party exchange risk

Kopiora connects to Binance through your own account and API keys. It does not hold your funds and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for Binance. Your funds, orders, and account are subject to Binance's own terms, fees, availability, and risk controls. Any dispute regarding execution, custody, or settlement is between you and the exchange.

6. Market and liquidity risk

Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and operate 24/7. Prices can gap, spike, or become illiquid without warning, including during news events, funding resets, and periods of thin liquidity. Slippage may cause fills materially worse than a signalled entry, stop, or target. Stop-loss orders are not guaranteed to execute at the specified price.

7. Your responsibility

8. Eligibility and jurisdiction

Crypto-derivatives products are restricted or prohibited for retail users in some jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that using Kopiora and trading on Binance Futures is lawful where you reside. Kopiora is not offered where doing so would be contrary to local law. Governing terms are set out under the laws of [JURISDICTION / GOVERNING LAW].

9. No liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] accepts no liability for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or damages arising from your use of Kopiora or reliance on its output. Your use of the platform is governed by the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

By using Kopiora you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Risk Disclosure and that you accept full responsibility for your own trading decisions and their outcomes.
